For snorkeling
Start with a comfortable mask, snorkel and fins that fit properly. Decide whether you will use dive boots: this affects the type of fins you choose. When trying on, focus on the comfort and purpose of the model, and not on the size of regular shoes.
If you buy a kit for a trip, check in advance the dimensions and weight, transportation conditions and the availability of a protective cover.
For regular diving
Make a list of what you already use and what you want to replace. Personal mask, fins and computer often require individual selection. The fit and actual conditions of your dive program are important for the suit - choosing a universal thickness for the whole country is incorrect.
BCD, the wing and regulator are selected taking into account the entire configuration. The compatibility of the breathing system and its preparation for use must be checked by a qualified specialist.
For technical configuration
Match components to your specific configuration and training requirements. Please check the compatibility of the suspension, backrest, wing and fastenings, as well as the complete set of each item.
The name “kit” can mean different contents of the delivery. Ask to confirm which hoses, fasteners, inflators and other components are actually included in the price.
What to tell the consultant
- What activity are you collecting the kit for?
- What equipment do you already use - models and sizes.
- What do you want to improve: fit, readability, weight or packaging.
- Where do you plan to receive the order and when will it be needed.
- What is the budget for the entire set.
